Millie is a highly experienced and versatile educator supporting Learning Loft UK’s Key Stage 2 and Young Explorers groups. She brings together classroom teaching, subject leadership, educational consultancy and creative project-based learning to help children build strong foundations in English, Maths and wider discovery-led learning.

Millie currently works for EdShed, a global education technology company, where she delivers training to teachers worldwide in Phonics, Spelling and Mathematics. She also brings experience across Lincolnshire schools, supply teaching across the primary age range and post-16 support.

Alongside her teaching work, Millie is an active member of the Lincolnshire Autistic Society and has a strong interest in inclusive learning environments. Outside education, she enjoys equestrian sports, including eventing, dressage and show jumping, as well as video games.

Millie has a background spanning educational consultancy, teacher training, classroom teaching and subject leadership. She currently works for EdShed, where she delivers expert training to teachers worldwide in Phonics, Spelling and Mathematics.

Her academic background includes Master’s-level study with a focus on English and Phonics, alongside Bachelor’s-level specialism in Mathematics.

Millie’s school experience includes work across Lincolnshire settings, including Donington on Bain and Weelsby Academy. Her teaching experience has covered Year 1 to Year 4, supply teaching across all primary years and post-16 support with YPLP.

She has also held subject leadership responsibilities as a former English, Humanities and Computing Lead. This gives her a broad understanding of curriculum development, cross-curricular learning and how to support children at different stages of their primary journey.
